Leah is a detail-oriented paralegal skilled in the areas of legal research, document management and contract analysis.
With a demonstrated history working in the architecture/engineering and planning industry, Leah is skilled in reviewing and negotiating a wide range of professional service contracts including; requests for proposals, master service agreements, sub-consultant contracts, joint venture agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and much more. In addition to her contract review and investigative skills, with over 8 years of experience providing contract administrative and operational support, Leah has a proven track record of utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to facilitate process improvement and bring organizational clarity.
Leah is fueled by her passion for contract law and understanding the nuances of the design and construction industry as it pertains to managing contractual risks. She considers herself a ‘reflective practitioner’, learning from the experienced attorneys she has been fortunate to work with and continuously assessing her own contract negotiation strategies, improving methods where necessary.
